TILT Ally: Rosie Hickle

The Indy Learning Team partners to provide access to evidence-based literacy training and instruction so students have strong literacy foundation and communities develop literacy resources. The TILT Alliance is tilting the scales for kids and communities who need access to effective literacy training and instruction.

Rosie Hickle, reading specialist and former Executive Director of DII, tutors our students and provides training for staff and volunteers.

I think training people like Amber to serve within their own community is powerful. The Indy Learning Team gives structure. I see reading and study habits improving. I see an incredible caring staff, who truly loves these kids, getting much needed support from The Indy Learning Team.
